Where are my points that I have already Accumulated? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Just wondering what happend to my points I had Accumulated, is there a time limit on the points?
I had amost Enough for a Diet Coke T Shirt, and i went to add some points and there are all gone!
how can I get them back so I can still add to them?

Hi Peggy, your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though. Just head over to the site: http://CokeURL.com/8pnf and talk to our new agent, Chip. He'll be happy to help.
