Where did my coupon go? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I ordered a coupon for a free 20 oz. Coke product and it shipped in early February. I have not received this coupon at the shipping address. I have never had this happen before when ordering these coupons so I'm really disappointed in MCR right now. Where is my coupon?
