It's been awhile since I entered codes, but I know I had some points on there and now it isn't showing that I had some.

Hi Jeanie, your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though. Just head over to the site: http://CokeURL.com/8pnf and talk to our new agent, Chip. He'll be happy to help.
