Love all the great stuff, but I signed up for your email alerts facebook even text alerts......Still do not recieve email newsletter and find myself left out on many perks, such as bonus points for caps, free instant win ennries, the free plush (only you know what else). I learn these thing late and not from you. Where do you have this info and why am I out of the loop what can be done to fix this? Where is wednesdays deal? or is does that require some "trick" too now? Great looked at questions asked...guess I missed the 100 bnus point eail too, shame too, I was only 30 short of another gift card (12 days) Please answer

I am signed up. Have been for long time. CSR suggested a new email provider; did that still no newsletter. Please help me resolve this

appreciate the reply but it would help if you read what I typed. Not trying to be rude but if you did you would see I already tried what you are suggesting. Wednesday deal didn't go away for a week, it was hidden under WHATS NEW. Why act as though it didn't exist? Why do I have to get info from other members? I would like to think you want to help your members. Please....help me solve the newsletter issue...and just make the offers accessible, quit hiding different offers. Anyone would feel slighted and I would hope you could understand his

Hi Joan, we're sorry to hear that you are not receiving our newsletter. This sounds simple, but have you checked to make sure they are not going to your spam folders?

Also, Wednesday's Deals are now back on the site home page for all to see.

thank you for responding. Yes I have checked spam/junk folders I guess that's what has me flustered. I feel I've tried everything. Anything else we can try? I cant help feeling that there must be a way to remedy this. We just haven't found it yet. Please continue t work with me until we find the cure.
