I have 500 points and asked for a mp3 but still I have not received my email is correct not happened thanks

Hi there, Thanks for asking. Please check in your "Account" where it says "Where's My ...?" to check the ongoing status of your reward. If you have any difficulties, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
