Where, oh where, can you complain to Coke Rewards about an issue?

On July 26, I spent 333 points for a subscription to All You Magazine. I have tried several times to submit the code but I keep getting an error message saying the code is incorrect. I had no idea where to complain until I went to the Facebook page. Can you please help?

Hi Lynette, would you mind please giving us a call about this so we can best assist you? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
