Where to obtain ISIS Mobile Wallet Coca-Cola Loyalty Card Number

I recently signed up for ISIS Mobile Wallet. To obtain the 3 free cokes ISIS Mobile Wallet wants me to enter my Coca-Coca Loyalty Card Number. I went to mycokerewards.com and signed up for the rewards program, but I cannot find anywhere that I can obtain this Loyalty Card Number....where do I get / find that for ISIS Mobile Wallet? Thanks!
