Where's my points?!

In the past I've always gotten an email warning me my points were about to expire, so I would always add more before they did. It's been over 3 months and I never got my email reminder, and I'm ticked! I had 130+ points saved up, and had plenty more to add but was waiting for my email reminder. Now all my points are gone! Why no reminder email?!

You may be able to call MCR customer service and get your points reinstated. My points have expired twice before and my points were reinstated both times. Bummer about not getting an email, though.

Hi Hayley, we're sorry to hear about that. We can reinstate your points though. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
