Why am I getting multiple Diet Coke cap codes that simply will not work.

Why am I getting multiple Diet Coke cap codes that simply will not work. I have tried changing 5's to S's, etc. to no avail. The Coke company wants me to mail in the 13 caps with codes that will not work. Really?? Why would I spend several dollars to do that? And someone named Anquavious say "We've put the points in your account so you'll see a change in your balance next time you log in." when he only entered 1 code.

After 4 months and 10 or 11 emails to Coke rewards assistance I got the following reply:
"Thank you for contacting MyCokeRewards.com. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

I'm sorry for the frustration, but thanks for letting us know about the issue with your code. The codes provided are part of a set that were printed backwards. I have included the corrected codes below for your convenience."

They have known this since October 2016 because they sent me 4 corrected codes but failed to mention that they were backwards of the codes I was having problems with. I just punched in the new codes they sent me and went about my business.

So, if you have Diet Coke codes that are not working, try punching them in BACKWARDS.

Backwards for each line, or from the very last bottom right?

Backwards starting from the bottom line. Say, you would punch in a code 123456789 in the "enter code" field, punch in 987654321.
