Is anyone else having this problem? When I enter a code, It tells me that the code is temporarily unavailable. Try again later... I would really like to be able to enter in the ton of codes I have piling up and redeem my points for something . Thanks!

Hi Amy, Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience.

If the problem persists, please email our Customer Care team via the contact form: CokeURL.com/MCRcontact. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

I think she is referring to the SMS issue, no longer accepting codes texted in. I read an answer on some other blog that sprint was the only one allowing any coke rewards to be texted in. But not sure if it was a coke official/rep that answered. The problem Amy (above) stated happening to her is exact same happens when i tried texting in my codes as well. So far my understanding as of now, 7/27/2015 there is not anymore sms code entries at all being accepted by coke rewards. We will all have to just keep entering them through the coke rewards website. I do hope they can get the sms code entry back. It was only to send the codes to our account, we still had to go onto the MCR website to redeem them, or play mcr games, sweeps, and see new stuff about coke. So i dont think taking sms code entry was keeping people from using coke website less etc. Just think it was issue with so many people using so many sms texts all the time for codes, maybe the phone carriers didnt like that much data use for coke. And thats sad when most of us pay for unlimited sms anyway. Just goes to show how popular MCR really is. But who knows the real answer to why they stopped code entry sms. Hope it comes back.
