I can't even log onto my mobile. It quit letting me do SMS and now I can't even do it on my phone at all even with the Coca-Cola app. It won't even let me sign in with my Facebook. what has changed? I have over 1000 points and I can't login at all to use them or to enter more codes
Hello Shane, SMS code entry is no longer available. Please update your MCR app to get the new experience. It is currently available in the Google Play store for Android and will be available in the Apple App store soon. Thank you for your patience.

I don't like not being able to text codes anymore either. The mobile app is not working anymore either. I can login on a computer but not in the mobile app so that is not a password issue. Coke is going to lose alot of people because this program is no longer convenient.
I agree with Trish...it's been 4 months now of not working. I have to keep my Coke caps now and manually type into my computer? Waste of time. Coke will lose people this way. Why does Coke not want us to text our Coke Rewards?

Hope they can get the code entry by sms back. Eventhough so many of us used text for our codes, it was only to upload/send codes to our account. We still had to go to the MCR website to redeem codes, play sweeps, play games, check out new coke stuff etc, so i dont think it was because they needed to get us back to using the website since we did it anyway. Hope sms comes back
