Why is the coke rewards website so slow. Why didn't i receive the points for my last entry? It was entered correctly.

Why is the coke rewards website so slow. I t takes forever to get the poinsts posted and them I have to leave the site and come back to get the box to clear so that I can enter another code. To make it even worse, I did not ever receive the pints for my last entry although the code entered was correct.

Hi Jean,
Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.

If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
