Why is COKE off on the WEEKEND????? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I am trying to reset password I put in new one and the newone isn't working right. I want to add points and use my rewards it will expire today I have been trying to get a human being not a machine named CHIP. I want my points and I want to add more. I have been busy the last few months. I am hoping that you can help me. My e-mail is jcr0506@comcast.net I would like to reset my password please and be able to add points and use them TODAY April 21, 2013.

Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
