why Is is telling me every code I enter today is wrong. on 3 point coke lids.

I've had a few problems with the site lately can't get all my coke rewards entered . the multi-codes don't work at all for me have to do it 1 out a time now. I can plainly see the code , even had someone else verify , today after awhile every code I enter I can plainly see them and its telling me they are all wrong. I know about the vs us and 0 and the codes I have are 14 digets so they should be good. right. what can I do. I do have 1 box top from a 12 pk. I clearly can not see and the codes on the dasina water or sometimes hard to read. But the caps are usually always clear and thats what I am trying to enter. sorry this had gone on a few wks. now. wondering ? Thanks Doris Linton
