Why is my free 12 pack cokes still in processing after 9 weeks?

Redeemed points on 8/29 for 2 FREE 12-pack of cokes yet the system is still showing them still in processing. They are only suppose to take 4-6 weeks. It's been 9 weeks. Why is it taking so long? Stephanie Arnold 5360 Clinchport Circle Memphis,TN 38127 #901-407-0428

Hi Ziva, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
