Why won't 'the Jewel grocery store no longer will redeem the rewards coupons

As of this week, I'm no longer able to use my reward certificates from you that I receive in the mail from you, with the silver strip on them at my local Jewel Grocery store. I was told that they will no longer accept them, and that if I wanted anything done about this issue I had to go to mycokerewards program. What caused this to happen. I love entering codes, and getting rewarded for it as you can tell from my rewards history. Please help me in this matter.

Hey Jo, while we do our best to communicate with partners about the validity of our coupons (and the legal covers the legitimacy of them), it is ultimately the retailer's decision whether or not to accept it. We recommend you visit another location where Coca-Cola products are distributed.
