will never accept my codes. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

It always tells me I have entered the codes wrong. I am entering them correctly every time. I was told to call the the # for assistance. I tried bottle caps, 12 pks, 24 pks...does not matter. I enter them correctly and they are never accepted. I do not have time to make a call and be put on hold. Fix the system to take the codes! Please.

Hey Annette, thanks for letting us know. We recommend trying another web browser also.

Thanks for the response, but I've used Google Chrome, Mozilla, and Internet explorer....tried it on 2 desktops, 1 laptop, my mobile phone, and thru my Nook. If you have any other suggestions I'll be glad to try them. I have tried more than one code....from 12 packs, from 18 packs, from 24 packs, and from individual bottles....always tells me "there was error". I don't include spaces, I capitalize, I don't capitalize, it does not matter. It's too bad I can't email them to someone and they get credited to my account.
