Wiped out points without any warning | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I got no warning that my points where going to be wiped out, but I sign in today and found them all gone? Why did you wipe them out without warning?

Hi, Lucinda. Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period.
