Wireless Headphone not operating correctly, only gets FM

I recieved the 5 in 1 Wireless headphones on 25 Aug. Installed fresh batteries in both the headphones and Wireless transmitter. The headphones do a great job on FM radio stations, but no matter what input device I use, no audio gets transmitted from my (known good) iPad, smartphones, computer or audio system. I've reset the headphones many times and the switch is in the wireless position. There are no markings on the unit, so I can't contact the manufacturer.

Any other options that I can try?

We can help troubleshoot, Joe. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

OK, after thinking more about this problem, I came up with a working solution. Even though it sound like tinny sounding speakers, it does work!. The solution is this: Turn on the tower and headset., Then press both buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds. Viola! Sounds emerge!
