Won a Burger King gift card and was notified that a link was sent on September 4th. However, it was either not received or deleted a s spam or junk. Can you resend?

Hi Richard, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.please
