been telling me for days & I don't want to lose my points ive even changed my password but still says the same thing

Hi Flora-Mae, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
