Yikes! My points have expired. :-(

Hi! I tried posting this before but I'm not sure if it 'took.' So I'll try again.

I received an email from MCR just as I was about to leave town. It said that my points were about to expire. I just got back and went to enter some codes only to discover that my points had been removed yesterday. Eek! I'm so sad. :-( I had over 2100 points.

A job change plus a move to a new city in December have caused me to not be able to be on top of entering my points. Is there any way at all I can get them back? Please? With all of the changes, I was hoping to be able to save some $$ by redeeming them for food gift cards and free bottles of Coke.

I have been taking care of my mother who has not been well since December of 2011. I logged into my account and realized my points expired. I understand there is a 90 day period and I will be sure I do not let my points expire again as now I am set up for text alerts. Is there anyway I can recover the points I had previously entered?
