I gave up on those. I had so many I couldn't read and it was too much trouble to keep sending them in . I went back to buying the generic water that was best and closet quality as dasani. I would pay a little more for dasani for the code because I do like the water. Now it isn't a factor anymore. Good luck!

We can't keep mailing them in...why can't Coke put the codes somewhere other than the bottom where they become damaged during handling?

Hi Nancy, thank you for your feedback and suggestion. If you are having trouble reading a code, please mail the code in so we can properly credit your account. This step is in place to help prevent fraudulent activity from occurring in our program.
