i have been blocked to use any of the globe promos

i have been a globe user ever since ...only yesterday i have been trying to register their superunli promos the 25 and 50...there is no replay ...until today i called up 211 for help...and the shocking news !!!my number has been block daw to register for any of their promos ...because of some violation...sabi ko ano!nag violate ako ng ano ...my illegal ba akong ginawa...ang sabi daw w excessive use daw sa calls...ano?! eh nag use lang po ako sa promos ninyo na unlimited ...puede ba un !!!! now i cannot register any of the promos...thats also violation of human rights...okay lang naman inform tau ...huwag lang ganito na pinaviolate tau na hindi natin alam anong violation tayong nagawa.

Paumanhin po kung kayo ay hindi makapagsubscribe sa ating Unli promos. Ang inyo pong numero ay kasalukuyang hindi pinahihintulutan sa dahilang ito po ay lumabag sa ating Fair Use Policy dahil sa pagsend ng mga message para sa commercial purposes gaya ng cash loans, promo at recruitment o ang tinatawag na spam messages. Ang Globe ay maaari ding mag-deactivate ng mga numero na nakasubscribe sa promo na may unlimited calls kapag nadetect ng system na sumosobra na sa resonableng haba ng oras na isinagawa.

Ang hakbang na ito ay ginagawa upang mabigyang proteksyon ang aming mga Globe at TM subscribers laban sa spam text. Hindi na namin maaaring i-reactive ang promo o i-unblock ang inyong number. Ayon sa NTC, ang mga promo ay para lamang sa person to person transaction at hindi para sa commercial purposes. Karapatan ng Globe na i-suspend ang promo subscription/s ng mga pinaghihinalaang umaabuso ng mga serbisyo nito.

ang alam ko lang po ...im just using ur promos in a manner like any other users are using ...kc po i have been in globe for morethan 5 years naun pa lang ako gingan2...meron pa nga kau promos pero bkit indi ako naka block nuon .

lintek! nagpalit ako ng number dahil sa bwiset na globe na yan.. anu ba kasing kaartehan yan! DAMN!!!!
napakasimpleng confirmation lang para makapagregister ginagawa nio pang komplikado.. dami dami nio pang nalalaman na policy.. eh di sana hindi na lang kayo nag labas ng ganyan promo! BULLSHIT!

same thing happened to me...both my fiance and I were blocked from any promos...its bullshit!!! i mean come'on globe, whats the use of your freaking UNLIMITED PROMOS if you will let your subscribers set a limitation of its usage?!!!!????!!!! considering we were not even SPAMMING!!! common sense Globe!!!

Well I've heard that spiel before...don't you guys have any new ones? the satisfying ones???...as ive said before, both my fiance and I, didn't do any spamming we just used your promo which Globe called "UNLIMITED", since it helps us ease the agony of LDR...but now...*sigh*...frustrating!!!
if you were in our my case would be happy????....

my boyfriend has the same problem. we talk the whole time because we are having a long distance relationship. and now he can't register to any promos from globe and it said the same thing.

how can we prevent this? and can you please unblock his number?

bumili na lng po tayo ng bumili ng SIM hanggang sa maubos ang available number ng GLOBE, may globe customer service pa na sumasagot eh wala diin naman sya magwa, ano yan may threshold and unlimited call and text, hahaha patawa ang globe... fair use policy, eh wala nga makagamit ng service nyo... well sino ba naman ako eh mag isa lng ako, haha thats how u value ur customer... sana lahat ng cell site nyo sumabog.. para lilipat na lng kami

na experience ko din ang di makapag avail ng mga unli, kung di ko pa tinawagan ang 211 di ko pa malaman ang naging dahilan....

may violation daw umano akong nagawa... violation ba ang gumamit ng super25... kaya nga diba tinawag na unli... shit naman to.... bakit pa naglagay ng superunli kung meron namang hangganan...

globe kindly look to the dictionary the meaning of unlimited... kaya nga unli kac unlimited... and nkavdalawang beses palang akong gumamit ng so called super25 nyo... tapos eto pa ung mangyayari..shit...

paki review naman ng panukala ng NTC nakakaperwisyo kau...

di namin kasalanan na magkaroon ng congestion sa system nyo.......

hindi ba dapat kau yong magpalaki ng system nyo para ma accommodate kaming mga subscriber hindi yong ibabalik nyo sa amin ang sisi..

i don't have this kind of problem yet, but i'm an ever since globe user. and reading this frustrated comments of globe subscribers makes me frustrated too.

well it didnt help my problem nor it answer any of our questions.. paulit ulit lang,, of course person to person ang gingwa namin alangna naman person to the whole philippines is that even possible... alisin nyo na lng yung kahit anong promo para aalis na lang din kami sa network yun lang.,.. mas maganda pa yun... <<< hmm called NTC they are not aware of this fair use policy.. magnda gumwa kayo ng staterment sa TV with the NTC... if nagwa nyo yan tatahimik na siguro kami..

Galing nyo naman.. buti pa ang SUN CELLULAR ndi ganyan...

got the same problem here. what's the use of "UNLIMITED" if you will not allow us to call or text as long as we want to? and please, i am not using your promos for commercial purposes or spamming. plus, i only make calls to the same number. i have been a Superduo subscriber for 8 months now. please do make an action for this. we are honest paying customers, but you disappoint us.

just to make my point clear, please read the definition of the word UNLIMITED!!!

person to person naman ginagamit ung promo nyo ahh.. at di naman ginamit for commercial purposes na sinasabi nyo.. hays anong klaseng serbisyo yan..buti pa nung hindi pa nilalabas yang SUPER 25 nyo..at super 150 lang.. walang naba-blocked na subscribers sa mga unli promos nyo.. hays.. tsaka wag nyo ibigay ung website ng NTC puro un ang binibigay nyo bat di nyo mailagay sa website nyo yang FAIR USE POLICY na sinasabi nyo... tagal ko na gamit yang SUPER 150 tapos ngaun nung nilabas nyo yang SUPER 25 nablock na rin number ko na mag register or subscribe sa unli promos nyo?? WTF.. ganda naman ng ginagawa nyo ngaun.. nagbabayad kami ng TAMA tapos gaganyanin nyo kami?? abusive or overused?? bakit lumagpas ba kami sa araw na itinakda sa promo nyo?? galing talaga... wala ako masabi.. binayaran namin ung araw na magagamit namin ung service tapos meron naviolate??

I dont remember na nag sspam ako.. dahil puro tawag lang ginagawa ko at lahat ng kausap ko hindi ko naman ginugulo o kung ano man... e halos lahat kaming magkakaibigan na block na sa unli promos nyo.. e ang text naman namin di naman ganun kadalas kahit unlimited kami.. tawag lang ginagawa tapos nablock na agad.. e since march pa namin ginagamit ung SUPER 150 na yan.. tapos ngaun nablock na lang agad number namin?? never ako nagspam ng messages kahit kanino...

Wait lang... If you are offering "UNLIMITED" promos, please assess first if you can handle the load... What I mean is that ang mga subscribers nyo ang naiipit... I changed to Globe from Smart because I think Globe can give the best in Unlimited Calls... Di pala... Instead of gaining or satisfying your customers because of what you did, sa tingin ko, mas madaming mawawala na customers nyo... Sana pakitingnan nyo naman...

can u imagine the effect, they have to buy new sim to atleast avail ur promos again. what if they used that number in their resumes? what if its their number since they're high school. imagine the inconvenience if these people are just using the promos by calling the people they know. imagine that u can do nothing to reactivate it. frustrating really.. i wont be using promos na nga, and i wont load as much as i do now, pag may important nlng. cause ive been using my globe number since high school.. i'll focus to my spare suncel sim nlng.

i agree with you, i also used my number sa resumes ko.. this policy is very anti-consumer! same with you hindi na ako nagload sa globe number ko, i just wait nalng if somebody call or text then reply using my sun cell number. buti pa sa sun, we pay and they give us what we pay for, with globe we pay but the hell they care!

Maintenance of quality? Para kanino? Sa mga subscribers nyo? Asan? Wala naman ah... ^_^

Seriously, NTC, under DOTC and the Globe Telecom management should look into this. You could lose more subscribers (most of them are loyal subscribers) than you might think... Act before it's too late...
