i was trying to subscribe for supersurf50 and then i received a message from 8888 saying "sorry, hindi pa ma process..." i was trying these all over again for the past 30 min until i received that it was a wrong keyword. the message also says that for globe postpaid text mysupersurf while the globe prepaid and globe tattoo says nothing about supersurf. i have a prepaid. i was surfing the net for informations about supersurf50 and mostly it says that it is only available for the prepaid once. and so i am very confused.
can you please enlighten me with this supersurf50. btw im using globe tattoo broadband prepaid in case that helps.

Globe Telecom Customer Service
Bascially, Globe are accusing you of 'abusing' their generosity and over-use of their supposedly "unlimited" internet/call or text promo. They are calling you a thief. Because they think you are a thief, they have decided to BLOCK your SIM card from any further subscriptions or promos....
Here is a quote from Globe Customer Service on the subject...
"We would like to let you know that your Tattoo usage is excessive. Hence your account has been subject to the fair use policy that’s why you temporarily cannot register to Super Surf."
The Globe "fair use policy" states:
"The fair use policy states that call and text offers are applicable for person to person transactions only. They are not intended and should not be used for commercial purposes. Call and text offers must not be abused by the subscribers (i.e. subscribers must not make an unreasonable number of calls or make unreasonably prolonged calls).
Globe shall deactivate Globe and TM promo with unlimited voice component of a number when it has been detected to breach the threshold of reasonable hours/minutes of use as determined fair by the company.
For the succeeding offenses, the number shall be blocked from registration to Globe’s promotional offers for a period of 30 days.
This policy is applicable to Globe Prepaid, Tattoo, and TM subscribers. "
so.... Globe have set a 'secret limit' on the 'unlimited use' promo. When you exceed that 'secret limit', they will block your SIM card for violation of their (also) secret policy.
Globe neither advertise the 'max limit' of use, nor do they publicize the terrible 'fair use policy'.
Its a scam. Shame on Globe.
I know you will just copy & paste the same pointless, insulting and unhelpful replies here. These do nothing to solve customers complaints or issues. They simply demonstrate that Globe is not taking our complaints seriously. It proves that nobody at Globe is interested and that customer service are not relaying the complaints to any higher authority within the company for serious consideration...
