I’m frustrated

Bought a Diamond Package and it didn't show up to my account.

Hi, I ordered diamonds through this mornings "special offer" but nothing has shown up. I'm still at zero. I restarted iPad and tried to purchase again but was told that I had already completed that in-app purchase and that they would try and restore, but again. No diamonds (and cash or whatever else was in that package). Please help. Thanks!
