I’m feeling ignored

Caramel Shortbread will not load. Part of timed challenge, please address.

People are unable to load this recipe, and we need to make 10 of these to complete this challenge. I've seen this issue reported three different times, mentioning the caramel shortbread specifically, and I do not see anyone responding that the issue is being acknowledged or worked on.

I have the latest update, I've closed and reopened the game, I've restarted my device, I've changed out the stoves, and I've tried to drag down the phantom ingredient, all to no avail.

I hope this problem is ACKNOWLEDGED before Monday. Apps are not a 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday business.

    We are really sorry you have experienced this issue caused by our latest update. Thank you all for letting us know about this problem! We have released a web update which all of you will collect through some short time - just play like you usually play and check your connection.
    Please let us know if we have fixed this issue or if you experience this issue again even after 24hrs time since this notice.

    • You say that like you weren't going to prepare new time quests anyway. You're not doing us any favours by putting up a new quest. You've just wasted the time and efforts of the people who worked on this one. And you got some poor saps to spend gems on finishing this one. As I look over the problems in your forum, I see more and more angry players.

      I see since this morning, you've managed to add a new cookie game, and a new gem offer, but still no fix for the shortbread. Nice to know where your priorities lie.

      I don't like your games, I downloaded them for my daughter. I play different ones, that also have gems. This company's games use gems, but you can play the game in its entirety without needing them. You can speed up activities with them, and buy special buildings that are nice, but unimportant with them. They are also ridiculously easy to earn in the game, and seriously cheap to buy. When they started, it was $1 .99 for 100. Then for 200. This weekend it was 3x, so $1.99 for 600 gems. I bought 1200. And it's not the first time, and it won't be the last. By not being overpriced and greedy, they get more of my money than you ever will.

      I don't know if they have a forum like this for their users. I don't know, because I've never had a problem with their games, so I've never needed to look for one.

      Seeing how many problems we've experienced because of Time Quests we really are considering putting an end to them. So yeah, when I said we'll prepare new time quests I really meant that.
      I apologise because of this issue and I hope it won't happen ever again. I'm sorry you have had such a terrible experience with our support and with our game. We can only keep working and keep trying as much and as hard as we can. If that is, for some, not enough I once again apologise!
