Game keeps closing out - unable to play

I had my phone fixed recently and had to redownload the game. My progress is gone but the portfolio is still up-to-date. Now I am back at a premier I organized before losing my progress, somehow, and every time I try to click out and go somewhere else, the game closes. I cannot play or do anything. Please restore my game. It would be great to get all my progress back too but I would just like to play. My Nanobit name is Ceaic143. Thank you.
