I’m I call apple and chat with a live person and ask for a refund. it's easier that way I don't want to be Rip off.

I did not recieve my purchase of 19..99. I chat with apple to get a refund I don't want to get RIP OFF!!!

Diamonds dress and money did not get added to my game.

I assure you that we are doing everything we can to fix these issues and ensure a pleasant experience for all our players, and our customer support team is hard at work at assisting those who experience technical issues.

      However, it should be noted that to be able to successfully handle the problem you contact them with, I am afraid a degree of cooperation is essential on your end as well. I am sorry to hear that you found this issue off-putting enough to leave our game despite our best attempts to remedy the situation. Regardless, I wish you good luck with your future gaming endeavours.
