    can you please send us a screenshot of your purchase receipt at support@nanobitsoftware.com? It can be found in your iTunes purchase history: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
    You can make a screenshot by pressing the home button and power button at the same time.
    If you have an android device you should have a purchase receipt from Google Play in your Gmail or you can find your purchase history following steps on this link : https://support.google.com/googleplay... (Usually you can make a screenshot by pressing the power and volume down button or the home button and power button, but this is device dependent.)
    Please send us your Nanobit ID as well.
