I was wondering if I could have my level13 back. I lost my progress by switching to a new phone.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.
    Unfortunately, your game data is saved to your device, which means that switching your device will cause your progress to be lost.
    You can try to recover your game progress by restoring an iTunes backup of your old device on your new device. Here's a quick guide on how to do this:

    In case you have an Android device, you should be able to restore your progress if you download the game using the same google account, and using the same Nanobit ID. If it didn't work for some reason, you should have a purchase receipt from Google Play in your Gmail or you can find your purchase history following steps on this link : after which you can send us a screenshot of your purchase history.

    Please send us your Nanobit ID as well. It can be found in the Friends tab, above the line where you can send friend invites.
