I’m frustrated

I did not hit gems and lost them, I want my gems back. I have played fairly .

Rude. I simply went to see how many more I needed for a particular item and it did an automatic buy. I pressed not one button. I want them back I believe I lost around 5.

    You all can kindly await a response from Staff when they return from vacation. However, all you have to do is read through the hundreds, if not thousands of complaints about missing/lost/stolen/hijacked/swindled & otherwise Ghost Riding Gems, to come to the final conclusion that you may as well put your wishes on the wings of a butterfly & kiss them goodbye. In plain old American English....You ain't getting your Gems back Jack! Nanobit definitely does not play fair when it comes down to the almighty Gem but I always enjoy reading the Staff responses when they generically tell you it's not their fault, not their problem & better luck next time as your fingers go clicking across your iDevice.

  • Been there, done this, they will not refund them. Take a look at all the problems on the forum that basically say the same thing. My gems were taken, I'd like them back. Be glad you only lost a few. I lost 35 on the taste a cookie game, and still got screwed on the game and got nothing.

    We are really sorry that this has happened to you guys!

    @Mary and Matt: To purchase certain item, you need to tap on that item in shop menu and then place it in your Bakery and tap on it again. There is no way you can tap wrong and accidentally twice.

    @Meli and Joanna: We did not take your gems. You probably tapped "Buy" button instead of ask for help because "Ask for help" button doesn't take away your gems. try it out and you'll see I'm not making this up.

    @S.Smith: I am so sad because of the fact you, as one of our regular and most devoted players despite never encoutering any of these or similar issues, have only bad words about us. Did you by any chance experience issue like this or something similar?

      Thank you for digging out this topic, I have honestly completely forgot about it.
      As you can see, in my answer, I have thanked you for taking the time to write down that wonderful suggestion. I have also stated we'll take your suggestion into consideration (what we did!) and we might use it in one of our future updates (what we didn't!). I have never ever said it'll certainly come up with one of our future updates. I guess it never came up as a priority and it was constantly delayed for some reason. So, I guess it's best to say this feature might never be implemented and I'll make sure to mention that from now on. At least you won't have your hopes up and you might end up pleasantly surprised in case we do implement this feature.

    Hi Drago. Thank you for your reply. If there was not a problem with the game, you would not have received that many angry messages. The problem comes from the inaccuracy in the game. We do not want to make a purchase, but still we have to pay for something we did not order, and the outcome is final. We feel tricked and frustrated. Also, it makes no difference if it is device's/game's/tapping in a wrong place issue. If you buy a product, even by coincidance, you are allowed to turn it back or make a complaint. And this is what we all are doing here. It is a pity that such a cool game has so many flaws. Joanna

      I'm sorry but can you please explain what you mean by saying "but still we have to pay for something we did not order"? If you are referencing to "Ask for help" button, can you please try tapping on it again and let me know if it really takes away your gems.
      Can you please let me know what other flaws have you encounter?

  • I tapped on 'ask for help' and incidentally the game charged me and took away my gems, as if I touched 'buy'. Therefore, I purchased something I did not want to buy and the transaction was executed instantly and against my will. One of the biggest flaws of the game is that payment with gems for any kind of product or service happens without player's confirmation or intention (instant cook, building, etc.). There is a clear lack of balance between how difficult is is to earn gems and how easily then can be lost, just by an accident. There are other flaws, like lack of alphabetical order for friends, lockig view of the devices when the maximum number of them is reached, no 'save' or 'undo' option as well as pushy advertising of 'gem sales' that pops up far too often.
