My ID

I change new phone and i can't sync my ID.
Old ID : haehyuk98 (level 42)
New ID : Vqcwq884
I wish i can sync ID because i like this very much

    I haven't had this issue myself but another player suggested having customer services bridge the two accounts to make them connect on the same email. If you have the old phone you could sign in on the have and link it to you Google it face book then do the same with your new phone but be aware that doing this might delete one account or the other. Link the account you want to keep first to prevent any mishaps. This is only a suggestion. Like I said I've not had this issue but trying something is the only way to know if it works. Good luck
