I’m Very disappointed

No help provided

Despite reporting the problem that the game cannot be uploaded after the last update on 2 April and answering questions for 2 days, nothing has been done. I still cannot play the game. Will anyone let me know what I should do other than deleting and re-uploading it since there are a numbered coins and gems I bought and left in the old version.

    Hi Linna,
    Those updates can be tricky & cause a lot of troubles for us sometimes. I too had trouble with the update prior to this one & being frustrated, annoyed & impatient for a response I deleted the game. Then of course I had to start my game over from the very beginning & lost all of the unique items I'd acquired, Gems, hundreds of thousands of coins, along with hours upon hours of time spent building up my business & decor were wasted. It's probably the last thing you want to hear but I also recommend you not to delete the game & just wait for a member of the support staff to get back to you. Unfortunately, they're not available over the weekend so you'll have to await a response from them on Monday morning at the earliest. In addition to this forum you can also request help from them via email to support@nanobitsoftware.com. Just be sure to include your NanobitID. Provide as much detail as possible (what happened prior to & up to the last update? what's happening now?screenshots if applicable, etc.) including the device & version you're playing on, current IOS version you're running on your device & current game version downloaded. Most of that information can usually be obtained via the "Settings" menu on your device.

    If at all possible I'd also suggest you do an iTunes backup in the event you do somehow delete your game so that you have a version to go back to. Don't worry too much about the Coins & Gems you have remaining as those can usually be restored once you get your game up & running again according to the support staff. As difficult as it may be I suggest you take your mind off of this particular game for the weekend. Perhaps download a similar game to pass the time by until you can get further assistance from Nanobit. I wish you luck. (NanobitID-TheHoss)
