Not Receiving Password Reset Email

I have forgotten my password for Period Diary and have requested an email to be sent to my hotmail account numerous times. I keep getting the prompt that an email will be sent shortly with further instructions and I never receive it. I have contacted costumer support at support@nanobitsoftware.com and they have failed to help me and told me to contact my email provider. I have done so and my email provider assured me there are no problems on their end. I direly need the information on your app and hope there is a way I can reset my password.
