I’m frustrated

Problems logging into Chef Town

3 days now and I can't access the game, throws me back to Home screen on iPhone 6. I have written emails to Support and awaiting response on my last email. Very frustrating as I've done everything asked and for some reason I cannot find a crashlog what so ever in any of my files. I don't want to delete game and start all over. Support please do something to fix this problem.
