Purchased special offer and never received goods.

Where are the purchase receipts? Trying to send screen shots of my user name and purchase receipt. Thank you in advance.

    Our support team would happily assist you, please just send us a screenshot of your Nanobit ID, your purchase receipt and a detailed description of the problem at support@nanobitsoftware.com.

    On Android, you will have a purchase receipt from Google Play in your Gmail or you can find your purchase history following steps on this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay...

    On iOS, purchase receipts can be found in your iTunes purchase history: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
    Also, you can check your purchase history at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ , or look up the emails you receive from iTunes after buying anything, which contain the purchase receipts. (Please make sure that the date and price of the package can be seen.)
