Renewed my gem oven but doesn't have gems yet. Where did they go?

Need the gem oven renewed. I paid for it.

    Hi Frannie,

    Please try restarting your device, and then check in your storage. The appliance that gives you the gems is called Glittering Kitchen.
    If you can't find it, please send us screenshots of the following:
    -Your storage.
    -Your restaurant.
    -The purchase receipt.
