Spent Money on Diamonds and still haven't received them!

I paid $59.99 for the 750 diamond package a few hours ago and still haven't received them. I already sent an email with two screenshot pictures of my nanobit account I.D and my bank statement as proof of purchase to the support team and still haven't gotten a response back. The money was withdrawn from my bank account already and I'm getting worried I won't be able to get a refund or receive my diamonds as bought. Please help me. I really do enjoy playing the game a lot, but I'm beginning to get impatient. Thank you!
