Unable to sync tap-and-track after IOS7 update

Since updating to IOS7 the tap and track app does not sync. If you delete it and start over it will work for a day or so and then you have the same issue.

When you try and sync it says -

Device not logged in. Contact support team.

If you delete the app - and all it's data and reinstall it will work for a day or so and them it quits working.

    . . . and why would want to delete the app, and lose all the info that I have put in since 2010. JUST FIX IT PLEASE SO THAT IT WILL SYNC!!!

    This is still an issue, and the people spending the money we paid don't seem to understand how poor customer service can hurt business.

    Why am I yet again having trouble synchronising my Tap & Track App on all THREE Phones? this has happened previously but the latest issue is since Sat 17/1/15.....

    Whats the problem? Why do Nanobit Software rarely respond? do you want a business Nanobit? if you do you are going a funny way about it - Poor Service - No Support = Frustrated Customer = Why am I paying for this App? = time to look elsewhere? Come On Nanobit you have had 48hrs and still No Resolution...

    Whilst here could in also point out that previously you could enter specific & accurate information in the App - example could be say...Protein 5.6gm - Now only option is either 5gm or 6gm no decimal point - this makes/can make a massive difference over a year - please put it back to how it was - the option of entering a decimal point please

    I really like the app, but they can't just let stuff remain broken for days on end. I've already contacted them twice about this issue, but I've heard NOTHING.

    I'm a day or two ways from ditching the whole thing and starting out with something new.

    Im so glad its Not just me having issues - rather than just leaving them (letting them get away with it) why don't you do the same as me.....

    Look at Nanobit website - see the director/ceo address (they are all there documented) and write a letter - NOT EMAIL but a letter and copy this letter to Apple Customer Service (the key here is a Letter that is sent via Recorded Delivery - this way we can see Who signed for the letter & When they Received it - useful evidence to then present to Apple) They NANOBIT will NOT want to Upset Apple as it appears much of their business is with Apple - you get what I'm saying? a Name & Shame Exercise should do the trick - im also going into an Apple Store to make a Formal Complaint asking Apple to Investigate why one of its Apps Developers is treating its Customers in such an Appaling way & Why they continue to do business with NANOBIT Software - let me know how you get on & if you want any help from me - please just ask.

    Whatever - DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT - Doing Nothing is LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH IT...

    • Hi Thomas - Regarding your response relating to the Tap & Track Synch on an iPhone - It Does, It Did on all 3 of my Iphones & 1 Touch for the last 4 years - What has happened as I mentioned in my posts above (please read & you will see) is that since the 17/1/15 10.35am UK Time the Synch function has Not worked & this is my(and it seems others) complaint - and of course the Non response from Nanobit & its own Customer Forum etc

      Thomas we will get there - I'm writing a letter (not email) that is going via Recorded Delivery to the C.E.O. of Nanobit Software - with a copy to Apple UK Customer Services - I think that Nanobit might just start to pay attention when they realise that their Customer (Apple) start to ask questions as to why their(Apple's customers) are Not Happy with Nanobit.
