Disable Nero's Autorun on Boot Up Features

I am running Nero 8 on a Windows 7 computer. There is a process called "NMIndexStoreSvr.exe" that appears to run automatically on boot up. Based on what I've read on other sites it seems like this is some sort of indexing service tied to Nero (Scout?). It uses a lot of I/O read and write bytes, thus slowing down other processes. Is there a setting in Nero that I can use to turn off this automatic indexing service or do I have to use Windows settings to block Nero from running this every time I boot up?
