Android: missing features

There is no way to train the app on the mobile version, like you can on the desktop (thumbs up or down) even tho there is plenty of real estate.
Another feature would be some way to not have to see the same article come up in my feed 2 or more times.
I am happy to help with the design of the ui etc.
Thanks in advance!

You can currently click on story tags while reading the story to train on them.   Support for training on titles or whole sites is on our roadmap here:  https://github.com/samuelclay/NewsBlur/issues/764

Is there an example of a feed or folder where you are seeing duplicate stories in the app that don't appear in the web UI?  If so, this is a bug and would be happy to look at it.
