Cannot add feed for a blog

Keeps adding a site with an IP address rather than url I provide. Then the site it adds for me is timing out

Interesting. It did the same for me. They must have an HTTP page that pops up when you put the url in that has another rss redirect in it or something. I pasted the link into the site settings xml feed after it had the timeout and it found it. If you want to just short-cut that, use this link.
