cannot fetch certain feed randomly

Hi,

newsblur says pclab.pl (http://pclab.pl/xml/rss.xml) feed cannot be fetched randomly, but when I press instant fetch it works like a charm!:

This seems to be something feed specific and I don't have time to fix a single feed right now. Unfortunately, I don't know what the issue is, as it seems to be that the publisher gives a bad feed when NewsBlur fetches it. Insta-fetching forces a cache buster, which seems to work.
