New option: Delay marking a story as read

Delay marking a story as read is a great option. I set it to 5 seconds, and Newsblur gives me a moment to see which story (or stories) I haven't read before marking them as read. Excellent!

It's in Manage > Preferences. Glad to hear you're using it. I gave it a slider because I knew the times requested would be all over the map.
