subscribing to a feed from inside the original source story

I am not sure how to do this.

Consider the case where I open an unread story and look at the original while inside of newsblur. And consider the case where I want to follow the comments feed of that story. Is there some newsblur ui thingee to make it seamlessly possible for me to add a new feed from that page while I'm in the newsblur view?

sorry for the vague and hand wavy description. My normal workflow was to see the post in google reader, have to click on the link to get to the real post, then click on the rss icon in the awesome bar or whatever for firefox to be able to get prompted to follow the comment feed.

I figured I should ask for a pony while I was here.

(a lot of the sites I follow don't have a general comments feed.)

Not entirely sure what you're looking for, but I built two separate extensions that may help: the browser extension to handle clicking the RSS button in your browser and the bookmarklet which can be used when on another site. Both of these are under Manage > Goodies. Let me know if those do the trick.

The firefox extension goodie works, thanks.

Anyway, I was looking for the shortest path from reading a blog post within newsblur to having a subscription of the comments feed for said post. extension helps.
