The Reasoner feed will not stay read

Hello!

Website http://www.thereasoner.org, feed URL apparently http://www.kent.ac.uk/secl/philosophy/jw/TheReasoner/rss.xml, refuses to stay read. I mark the posts as read; the next day all 198 posts they spring back into unread status once more.

Please help me defeat this reading backlog once and for all?

In fact, the stories have no GUID element, which is the globally unique ID. So NewsBlur extrapolates from the permalink, which are all the same. It's just kind of a mess of a feed and it needs to be fixed by the publisher in order to work.
