Train/block certain users shares from global shared stories?

I find a ton of value and new feeds to follow by perusing the global shared stories. Unfortunately some users consistently post junk, is it possible to to hide all posts shared by those users so the cream can rise to the top?

Yeah, that's what the training excels at. Just train the story and thumbs down the feed or a tag from the feed.

Well I guess more what I was looking for was how to block specific users comments & posts from appearing in my Global Shared feed. I don't want to put any erroneous training on a website I like

Just thumbs them down and you wont see their posts.

I must really be missing something, when I click on the user the only options I see are "Follow" and "Preview", and if I go into Intelligence Trainer I don't get any options to thumbs up/down a user, only the publisher?
