Global Push for TwitBird Pro has stopped working?!

Global Push doesn't work anymore. Are the servers down? I had to restore my phone & reinstall Twitbird Pro. However, now I cannot even access the in-app global push page on WiFi or 3G. It tells me there is an internet connection problem. However, both my 3G and WiFi are working well. I know I have been getting @ replies and DMs because it shows up on my timeline, but i don't get pushed.

my complaint to apple resulted in a "thank you for feedback valued customer" bullshit so its no wonder this developer does not give a shit

I bought Twitbird Premium and the Global Push.
The Global Push isn't working and the makers acknowledge this problem. After months of promises there is still no solution and they advised me to fill in this complaint form to get my money back. And so I did.

New version / update is available. Updated twitbird, Uninstalled twitbird, installed it again. Twitbird is still asking for my Apple-Id. Although I even didn't activate the global push.

Though this issue has been tracked by many other users it is not even mentioned in the bug fixing list.

So, what's your story now, guys?

Installed the new version full of hope to have the Global Push working this time. No cigar.....

Still no working Global Push and still not my money back for the Twitbird Premium AND the Global Push.

It's rediculous.....promises, promises. What a company this is.....

Not a satisfied customer over here..........

I buyed Twitbird Pro + Global Push for my New iPad Today. I have the same problem, i consider this issue is serious bacause many others user are buying this app in this time. In my Country (Chile) this kind of issue is denominated "misleading advertising". We need a solution Now!!!

Same problem here. Global Push is not Global and it does not Push. Cannot even access the page.

Hi Rebecca, the push server has some issue now, we are working on it. In the mean time, you can try remove your account on twitbird and re log in to see if the push works, sorry. ( Delete or Edit) .

Switched to another twitter client, but saw the update, so decided to give it another go. No joy: global push *still* does not work. Tried the 'test' button, mentioned myself in a tweet. No notification.

Anyone else have more success?

Still not working here either.. Test is ok, but no notifications and keeps asking me to purchase it. Whenever I do, it installs ok, but when I restart the app, I have to purchase/install it again

Since the last update (the one with the Xmas hat icon) everything is now working how it should. At last happiness. Let's hope it does not get entangled again after a further update.

TwitBird Tech folks, this is getting ridiculous! Whatever you guys did, simply does not work!!! After your last update I've tried everything which been suggested: un-install, install, deleting accounts etc... Still Global Push does not work and I really do not want to hear again "we are working in it" thing. Can someone please get back with useful response and give any ETA for getting this fixed???? I'm getting mad more and more and I'm really thinking to call my lawyer (yes, I live in US as many as your very unhappy users) and ask him to proceed with filing a claim to BBB (Better Business Bureau) against you. Listen, you are doing business using US located Apple Store and those kind of things are really NOT acceptable here... I hope my message deserves a normal PROFESSIONAL response, not what we all being getting later...

I feel deeply sorry for the Global Push. We have already fixed a part of issues like the re-purchase issue. We have to acknowledge all the issues are caused by our server. We have so many users, so the server is always too busy to work fine. We are improving the server now. Thanks for your feedback. We want to say we are worried as you. Well, that's what we here for months now. How do I get my money back for paying two times for the Global push? And if I re-purchase it now, how can I be sure, not to be charged again?

For my part, all's well once more. As of this morning, all I had to do was repurchase the local push feature and it told me that I had already paid for it and to just download it and now it's working again.

I've bought the global push,but it doesn't work well.more than a half DM and replies I can't receive the push.
when will you fix it?
