@Summved: I'm not sure what you mean - are you saying you can't access data from the ChildBrowser in the main PhoneGap application? Or the session on your server is wiped when the ChildBrowser opens a page on that server?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your attention.
The session created from the web server to my mobile phone is wiped out.
Now I have to login again into my application and start all over again to do my work.

Kind Regards,
Summved

Dear Andrew,

Any word on the pull request by Thomas Reinberger? This feature would be very useful.

I'm looking at a couple of changes to the plugin setup on PG Build - that pull request will be reviewed at the same time. Should be this week or next.

I am using Child browser plugin and it works great. I want to read cookie from the ChangedLocation page in my intranet. anyone has idea, how i would be able to read cookies from the page I am opening within my index page. i am using document.cookie to see cookies but it is not showing anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind Regards,

I have a question for anyone who can help.

My app is a large map with hot spots which, when touched, call up another little html file w/ info about that location. The childbrowser plugin would be absolutely perfect--except I can't get it to work with a local html file. The app needs to be completely offline--external URLs are not an option.

Has anyone had luck making this work? I've seen a few people say they can do it--but it involves quite a bit of coding & I'm just working in dreamweaver & don't even have the childbrowser or phonegap files downloaded--just doing the builds through the phonegap site.

Can I do this in a simple way? Or do I need to get more heavily involved with the other code (and who wants to do that for me, OR talk me through it for a reasonable fee??!)

Thanks for any insight!!

Hi all,

Installed childBrowser and it works ok but the UI button images are appearing too large and thus low res (see image below).

Can anyone help me out with correcting this?
